Aircraft Reliability Module
In today’s challenging economy, the pressure to improve aircraft reliability, reduce costs and increase profits has become a common topic among many organizations. This course focuses on the important aspects of airline reliability. More specifically, attendees will gain an understanding of the breadth of data that needs to be collected to make logical inferences and analytical methods that can be applied to make judgements about improving both the reliability performance and availability of your fleet, aircraft system, sub-system or component.
This course has been developed so that anyone who deals with aircraft reliability would benefit from taking it. In particular, this course is targeted to airline reliability engineers/analysts, management, executives, maintenance planners, regulatory authorities (FAA, EASA, TCCA) and suppliers.
Upon completion, participants will receive a Bombardier approved training completion certificate. Bombardier recommends participants to register for Aircraft Maintenance Cost course after completing this course to understand how to translate reliability knowledge into maintenance cost concepts. Lessons included in this course are Data required for analysis, Introduction to reliability concepts, Introduction to removal rates and technical incident metrics, Using maintenance data for analysis, A day in the life of an airline, Application of reliability data for airline operations, Maximizing the use of your reliability department.
